I have spent useful times in the protective profession, whether as a para-law enforcement officer or as a protective security officer (PSO), I can, without any shade of ambiguity state that I am not a novice to the stupendous irregularities and unmentionable malpractices that red line the land scape of this noble profession.

Barely can you find any industry or trade that is as bewitched with fraud as the protective walk of life. Their line of duty often make them a target of unscrupulous and disgruntled elements; the societal miscreants who prey and flirt around the innocent and vulnerable with indepth intent at criminal escapade. On the other hand, those who hire you – the officer, who should hold your defense and protect your interest with good remuneration for the courage with which you dispose yourself to confront the threats in the line of your solemn calling, only turn around and swindle you of your living wage and benefits. Some don’t even have profitable retirement to fall back to when they hit the dreadful retirement age. The day you leave, all they owe you is your last paycheck. All these have to stop. Period!

I’m a diehard believer that things can change for the better.
The disappearing of companies after they have made huge gains, leaving the officer worse off, only to reappear with new names, playing the same old game is absurd. This has to stop! Listen, I don’t play. I wouldn’t be on the board of FAPO if I thought it is out to play.
The need for security is not waning in a haste, so is the excessive money involved. But what is not guaranteed is your general welfare. This is where my team and I at FAPO come to change the dynamics in your favor. There is the urgent need for a paradigm shift that takes the hands of the monkeys from off your plate of food.

Unless you are secured you cannot pledge the security and safety of others. The charlatans in your industry do not know this. Not to worry, FAPO is here now to push the reset button. I encourage you to cast the vote that will eventually count in your favor. Elect FAPO as your exclusive bargaining representative.

FAPO – The voice to the voiceless!
